Head twitching in 2 week old ISA Brown

Just curious if anyone has info on this. I’ve got a 2 week old that seems to be shaking her head a lot. We’ve checked for mites and she’s eating and drinking normally and interacting with the other chicks, just seems to have a head shake. I’m wondering if it’s a matter of giving her extra electrolytes, or if there’s something more serious I should be concerned with. Thanks

I think it's duat or general itchiness by shavings and feathers coming in. All my chicks seem to go through a period of this at some point before they're finished feathering out
