Hi folks, we are in week 3-4 of a severve case of frostbite on my hen. We've been doing an epsom salt bath once a day and the applying Neosporin and Cothviet. She is inside in a pen with towels. I don't know how to tell if she has an infection or not so I'm posting this photo here of where her feet are at. Definitely seeing some necrotic toes, etc and sorry in advance for the visual as it's not pleasant. Wondering if anyone's gone through this before and if this looks like normal healing as I'm not sure/haven't been here before.

The black parts are already dead. The swelling may go down and be fine or it may die off as well. Keep them clean and dry and warm (not hot!)
Yep I understand that the black parts are necrotic/dead. Mostly wondering if anything looks like infection and if it is normal for her feet to still be this swollen still at this point, are there antibiotics that would help it go down?
