Health issue of my duck

My duck Don't shake her head till now. And she is eating and drinking well but she is not that much active.

She sleeps alot mostly.

Could she have something stuck in her throat? Have you massage along her neck for an obstruction. Also smell her breath?

Yes there is nothing in her throat and no such a smell i observed. Only one thing that i got is that her swelled tummy.
When she eats her tummy swelled extra than daily basis.
I'm giving her same antibiotic which i given her last time and ORS (oral rehydrated salt).
Hope so she don't shake her head more.

No nothing is in her throat , but sometimes i observed that she is suffering from nausea and having running nose.

Runny nose can be a sign of respiratory illness or just a reaction to dusty feed or bedding. What make you say nausea? Can you post. Picture of her and also her poop?

And yup I'm giving her mineral water which we used for our drinking, her cage is cleaned and i used her a soft and fluffy cloth for rest.
And i always used little warm water for bath.
