I searched for a disease or virus on the internet that had those particular 4 symptoms but I couldn't find one that matched, if I were you, I would schedule a appoint with your local vet that is specialized on water fowl in the morning so she or he can diagnose the problem. I do not suggest trying to fix it yourself, with this serious symptoms you definitely need medication. Good luck.šŸ™

@Dulzura , do you have access to a veterinarian that would see your bird?

If not, could you -
Move the duck into a warm spot in the house ( 80F - watch for signs of overheating)
After she is warm, could you try offering her warm fluids such as an electrolyte drink, or even a little bit of warm sugar/water?
If you have a scale in your house, preferably a gram scale, could you weigh her?

How long has she not been willing to eat?
What kind of respiratory problems have you noticed?
What kind of diet is she on?
Has she had any problems in the past?
Is she currently laying eggs?
Any more details about her current state of health, or environmental conditions that you think would be helpful - please mention.

Today is Sunday so vet is not available physically, but i called him he said just give her electrolytes and vitamins, i am giving her paedi care (electrolytes) with vitamins in normal water. She is facing difficulty in breathing, scratches her whole body.
Her regular diet is red tomatoes without peel, grains, red rice, cerelac, ORS (for electrolytes), bananas, boiled rices, egg shells, or sometimes she also eat boiled chicken. I don't have gram scale but i know is light weighted than other my pekin male.
Mostly in summer she faced overheat with fits but not now. As Karachi's temperature raised to 40c+, she lived with us infact in my room whole day, after 3 days i take her for bath.
Yes i want to tell you that I'm surprised she layed an egg few hours before without mating, because she is a handicap duck that's why i don't allow her for mating infact she have a separate Cage, she also layed an egg about 4 years ago without mating, is this a good sign? I don't give her anytype of medicine for laying an egg. 😶

Now she is eating and drinking perfectly alhamdulillah, but still she is facing Little bit difficulty in breathing, and should i go for a vet to examine her? For laying an egg?

If the breathing is labored and does not appear heat-related which would be quick/ short pants, I think it may be best to see the vet.
