Hello everyone, I need some advice and hope that someone can help me.

I have a flock of 12 chickens, all purchased at different times. One of my Rhode Islands has had a swollen watery eye for a month or so now. We took her to the vets and was given medication but it never really got much better, although she is fine in herself.
But now all of the birds are sneezing, even the two Naked necks that we have only had for a couple of weeks. We also have three cock chicks and I am worried as they are also sneezing.

They all look a bit downtrodden but are eating and foraging fine.

Any ideas?

Did you quarantine the new birds for at least 30 days before introducing them to others? If not, one of your birds introduced a respiratory disease to your flock. Think biosecurity.
I recommend you try treating with denagard. You can type "denagard" in the BYC search and read up on it if you wish. There is no withdrawal nor resistance to it. Your other option is to cull your birds, sanitize everything with oxine and start over a couple months later. Here's a link for you to read about denagard followed by a link to respiratory diseases in chickens:

Maybe CRD? denagard is the best but if its crd it wont get rid of it. The birds will be carriers. Do the chests rattle? Hope its just shavings or something easy to fix. If all birds are effected then dont bring any more birds into the flock because they me get it too. Good luck!
