Yesterday morning at 8:02 our beloved loyal companion, friend and teacher, Stanley Mutt Mutt, quietly and unexpectedly slipped from this world. For nearly 8 years he shared his love with our family and all he met, whether 2 footed or 4 footed. We were so lucky to have had him wander into our lives and choose to stay with us. It's amazing how quiet it is here today, although his friends (1dog and 2 cats) still remain. His loving nature and joy for life filled up this house and our hearts and he is sorely missed.

Aw, he looked like a boxer mix. If he was, boxers tend to lead shorter but exuberant lives. I have boxers and can understand the impact he had on your family. My thoughts are with you. I am so glad he had such a loving family.

I am sorry that mutt mutt left you. We lost a dog we had had for 11 years and it seemed so empty in our little house...even with the other two dogs and a teenager. We recently went to the humane society and got a dog that spent it's childhood in lockup. She has filled our home nicely, and the other dogs have company as well.
I know now it just hurts and you have to get through the grieving, but I encourage you to seek out another dog for you home. No one can replace mutt mutt, but there are thousands of dogs who would love to have the opportunity to show you how well they can be loved, and love you as well.

very sorry for your sad, sad day.

I am really sorry to hear of the loss of your fur baby. Be assured that he will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for you.

I too lost a cherished cat of 16 years this week. We will greatly miss "Boo" but are happy he is now running free of his cancer.
