Heartbroken and hard lessons learned

I had a 2 month old pullet that for some reason the other babies decided to kill. I found her dead with no neck or head skin left

I still have no idea what happened because they were all the same age. My guess is that she must have gotten injured somehow and while I was gone the picked the blood or something.
