Heat lamp got left outside in the rain...

Well I just plugged it all in, and I swear there is a slight electrical smell. Could just be my sensitive pregnancy nose, or dust burning off (or more likely pet hair...lol). I'm trying to decide if I should leave it on all night or not. Fingers crossed hoping it's fine!! My chicks didn't come today, but the HAVE to be here first thing in the morning tomorrow...
