i just can't seem to get it right! They were hulled in one corner to cold right? Lowered the light, Now they are all hulled in the other corner away from the light to hot. I only lowered it about 3" They huddle together no matter where I put the light. They are 1 week today. HELP [IMG]

Your best bet is to put a thermometer on the outer edge of the heat on the bottom of the brooder. Chicks like to sleep together so that isn't the best way to tell if they are comfortable. They will be very loud chirping if they get cold and are uncomfortable. As long as the area is big enough so, they can get away from the heat lamps high heat - they should be OK.
