Heat lamp?

65-70 in our house, 6 week old bantam silkie/brahma chicks, mostly fully feathered...... safe to turn heat lamp off? I will be moving them to the porch this weekend, temps are fluctuating about 45-65 throughout the days, but drop to 30-45 nights....... recommendations?

It's safe to turn the heat lamp off. @sourland knows about chicks.
