Heat lamps??

I have 3 baby chicks and wondering if a 60 watt reptile bulb will be enough they are going to be in the garage the weather here's is in the 90s in the day and 70s or so at night ( lowest this week is 68 at night)
 
Yes. I have used regular light bulbs. With those temps you should have no problem. Just check with a thermometer to adjust the height from the brooder floor.

Yes. I use a twenty watt with small numbers of chicks. Smaller wattage bulbs can be used in heat lamps. With the lower watt bulbs the lamp need to be lower.
 
Or try a heat plate! I switched from a heat lamp to that on my chicks and they seem a little more settled in the box than having a glaring light over them.
