Heat Plate

Hi there, are there any recommendations out there for a Cornish cross heat plate instead of red light to keep them warm? First time meat chicken person here, they are 5 days old. Thank you in advance

This one is pretty good from what I can recall if you can find it. I believe it comes in different sizes.
