Sorry I have no idea about a homemade incubator using a lightbulb . I guess it might work given you can get the temp high enough.

I have seen homemade incubators that people used a lightbulb but I don't have experience with that, sorry.

You need to try your bulbs and monitor your temperature and humidity for a few days before considering setting eggs. Whether or not 100 watts is going to heat your space depends on the materials you're using for your incubator, and the temperature where you are, the temperature of the room your DIY incubator is in...and other factors.
