I'm not sure if this hen can be rehabilitated.
She came back after an attack of scaly leg mites, but not 100%. I've posted before - 5 yo Brahma hen, Sis.
She got very down during our killer heat wave this summer. I didn't notice that she wasn't eating, and probably not drinking until it was clear when she'd go settle into her spot in the morning and stay there all day. It looked like she started molting and I didn't see mites. I was hesitant to give mite prevention since she was sick.

I've done as much hot weather abatement as I could think of and the other 4 girls are getting through.
2 weeks ago I started feeding her a fortified watery gruel 4oz, 2x day.
Still she's weak, little interest in food - maybe a worm or 2.

Yesterday I gave her a dose of Ivermectin - if it's mites. I'm giving her a week of force feeding, adding electrolytes in water+ mite booster.
But I don't know - can she come back again? She still fights me when I feed her - maybe there's hope?

Can you see mites on her skin, or the dark specks they leave behind? How did you treat the leg mites. I can’t see the legs in focus to know if she still has those. Has she laid eggs recently? How does her crop feel? Can you try giving her some water with a little sugar in it or electrolytes? Hens her age may sometimes have reproductive problems or have stopped laying. Her tail being down looks like she feels bad. My Brahma hens were not very happy about hot weather and they would pant with their wings out. Do you have plenty of shade and good ventilation?

What I see under her feathers is fuzzy stuff at the base by her skin. That may be mites, so I just treated her & will give a booster next week. The scaly mites I gave her feet a soak in Epsom salts & disinfecting soap. Then used the pine tar stuff and wrapped her feet to keep it clean. (Not easy on feathered feet). There never was a boil or puss pocket as described with bumble foot, but her feet were sore & gnarly. So I used antibiotic cream under the pine tar ointment. For maintenance I then rubbed her feet at night with O'Keefe's hand cream. Hoping to cover the mites with grease while helping her feel better.

Finally I got Ivermectin and dosed everybody.
That was months ago and she gradually got a little better but her feet are still pretty scaly. It was such a torment to her all that stuff, so I let her go on her own to see how she would do.
She hasn't laid in many months.
There's shade & cross breezes and they get out of the run every day (covered so shade but traps the heat) & get under our Oleander hedge where its much cooler.

I mix the powdery dust from their normal feed with a sprinkle of Rooster Booster top dressing, electrolytes, honey and filtered water and it makes about 4 oz.
I bought Flock Fixer & have been using it instead electrolytes recently, hoping the herbal components would help. It occurred to me she probably needed hydration so I've tried to add some sips of water too, but didn't want to overfill her crop.
Her crop isn't unusual and she doesn't seem to have pain except her feet.
Maybe those scaly mites are still there, so I hope the Ivermectin will kill them.
I don't want to put her down if there's a hope she'll get better. The past couple of weeks hasn't left me hopeful.

Vaseline or Nustock cream are good to apply to the scales of the legs and feet for scaly leg mites. Did you dust her with permethrin for body mites? If you see any on her skin treating at 7 day intervals with permethrin may help. The coop also needs to treated with permethrin spray once bedding is removed.

Thanks. The Nustock worked well when I was first treating her. I've used the Permethtin, dust hasn't been available but the concentrate is easy to use. Just treated their run & roost, new poultry bedding with the DME. New straw next week .
I'm trying the Ivermectin as a break from the other on the hens. It worked last fall and with doctoring her feet she improved - that's the video where she's pecking in the yard. They're 5 years old now and on here it was mentioned she could have gout.
My mistake is thinking she was good & just molting. They were all hiding with the heat, so she got worse again before I knew it.
Since her feet seem to be sore, I'm going to try to mitigate that. Like you said, Vaseline - but at night cause it's a mess in the dirt. First off she's getting a foot bath & feathers trimmed.
I appreciate your input!
