Heated waterer

Mmm, good thought- have plenty of that
Yep just use elbows to get it right where you want it. I put a upside down plastic/rubber type planting pot over my power source. It’s on a 4x4 12 inch stake out of the ground. Which was run under ground from the house. If your using a extension cord the pvc protects it. Want pictures?

Sure if it's no trouble, thanks!

Why did you use water pipe for conduit? That sure must have been a chore to pull wire through a water elbow...

Not really removed then reattached the plug. Or else I’d have to use much larger more expensive PVC. I’ll confess my hubby did that part. To thread the wire was easy. Notice how it’s double wrapped in electrical tape?

Believe it or not I don’t have a mouse problem. We oh I trapped a few. Mice are the only animals I trap and release (gonna get blow back on this lol). I have 2 huge cemetery’s by where I live. We have a resident red tail hawk. That nests there every spring. I want those babies to make more mice babies so her babies will not do their grocery shopping in my back yard.

Added the PVC for the extension cord until I run conduit this late spring.
Nice! I’m looking this weekend for some type of heater for the run. I’m a HUGE fan of repurposed materials. But I think I’ll splurge and buy one. Still researching.
