Heated Waterer?

This sucks! We are getting in the 20s now. Any suggestions on a heated waterer? I went to TSC and didn't see any. Any good ones online?

You might check any of the chicken breeder sites like Ideal or McMurray, or others. They always have equipment like that they sell.

I have my waterer on a concrete block that has a light bulb inside it to keep the water from freezing...

I made a couple of cookie tin heaters that everyone has been talking about and they are working great! No more frozen water here.

I'm going to try hanging a heat lamp and sticking with the waterers I have.

I just use a heated dog water dish.

Heated dog water dish for below freezing here too. Available at the feed store.

I put out the cookie tin heater this morning, plan to make more tonight.

I had originally gotten a heated fountain-type waterer, but it's a pain to fill. I just switched to a heated dog bowl. Much easier to change the water. Farm Innovators is the brand. The quality seems good.
