Heating element help

I have a GQF 3015 heating element to replace the one I tried in my wine cooler bator.
I tried a heating element from a styrofoam bator... not strong enough.
I just need to know how much it can be stretched or recommendations?

I can't find any info online as to installation requirements.

It needs to be stretched to where none of the coils are touching but still look like coils.

That is about what I decided to do... much like a clothes dryer element....
