Same! My cows are polled...which I really appreciate when they butt me with their heads. Good, that means they're easier to get! :D
:idunno Yeah!

I wanna go to one too! What's the first reason?

To bring you sweet grass turkeys! :D

We had a yearling bull with plans to breed him but he jumped 7' fences so he ended up in the freezer.

:ep holy cow - :lau how ironic :gig

:ep poor thing XD
Nah, he had a good life.

Well when we first bought him it was to grow out for beef, but he also came with papers so we figured we might as well use him as a herd sire and get some heifers from a different herd. He jumped the fence about four times before we ended up taking him back to the breeders place so he could put him in his custom built 8' tall cattle Corral were my sister had to go every morning and evening to feed. He just became more work then anyone could handle :/ Plus after they start jumping fences (7' tall electric fence at that) there's not much you can do to stop a cow. It was partly our fault though, he'd never been away from the herd before and we didn't have any cows so he freaked. What we should have done was leave him at the breeders and bought a couple heifers from the other herd and either had them there before him or gotten them at the same time.

Whoa, that's high!! People look at cows and think they look all awkward and bulky and wouldn't be able to run/jump/etc. well...NOT TRUE!

Yeah, cows are definitely herd animals and hate being alone! I bet he'd have done much better with company. :/

Yeah. We thought he'd be okay with the goats till we got some heifers but I think they freaked him out more. Oh well, coulda woulda shoulda. :/ Won't make that mistake again.

I know. I see them in two foot electric wire and I'm like "how's that even holding you?"

IKR!

If they have enough pasture and company, though, they might not try to get out. Unless you've got a cow in heat.
