Indeed it is, they don't fit in the carton. What interests me though is that Tuesday's egg weighed 89g, yesterday's was 90g and today's was 91g, I wonder how big she'll go.

As did I put years of thought into my first chickens' names-
"Heart and Kisses."

That would make more sense if she's ODing on protein...

The eggs I set were (in grams) 58, 45, 53, 58, 59 and 42. Some I get are bigger, others smaller.
Oh yeah. I added another egg in the bator yesterday.

And I have a broody...

Yeah. I don't think she is but it's possible I suppose. They get a quarter scoop twice a day, once in the morning once in the evening, there is usually left overs from the morning feeding. I don't think she eats anymore than she would if I were feeding layer.
