Heavy breathing and runny nose chick

Hi,
I have a 2 month old olive egger and I'm not sure what's wrong with her . She has a runny nose and is deep breathing. Her poop was white and foamy, haven't seen any bloody poop. She has also being fed non medicated feed. Respiratory infection? Coccidiosis?

Sound more respiratory than Coccidiosis, is she eating/drinking? Is she the only one you have or are there others? Sorry not much help, hopefully someone that knows will peep in soon.

Yes! I agree I'm thinking more respitory... she is eating and drinking and her poo seems normal
