Heavy breathing, droopy wings....:( week old

I have a week old australorp/red sexlink mix that doesn't seem to be doing very well. Heavy breathing, droopy wings. I feed scratch and peck starter feed, water with acv changed daily. Rubbermaid container, pine bedding with paper towels under. Echo glow 20 heater. They are in the house with the exception of 1/2-1hr out side. The other two seem to progressing very well, however I am concerned with this particular chick. Seems to not be eating/drinking so much and not near as active. Please help. Not sure what to do. she/he just stands there breathing heavy with droopy wings. I prefer a natural remedy if possible. I forgot to mention that no matter how much I clean its vent poo keeps sticking to it. I have been very diligent about cleaning it off. Can't believe I forgot to mention this.

How hot is brooder? Do they have grit? Have you looked at symptoms for Coccidiosis?

99.5°. No grit I was told that wasn't necessary with what I am feeding them which is Scratch and Pecks organic non gmo chick starter. No I haven't but will do that now.

They need grit because you are taking them outside,if they eat anything besides starter feed,they have to have grit to digest feed. Also watch temp in brooder,if weather is hot,temp may have to be reduced,watch chicks,if they are as far away as can be from heat,temp needs to be reduced.

Oh, ok I didn't realize that. They have only been out a few times, could this be the problem, wouldn't all 3 be affected? Thank you. They seem to be very comfortable throughout the brooder the temp in the house is pretty constant. This is just one chick out of 3 that this is happening to. I have moved it to a separate brooder. However the others are sneezing but they have been doing that since they hatched.

Watch for Coccidiosis. Some symptoms are runny/watery poop(may or may not contain blood,depends on which of the 9 strains it is)fluffed feathers,lethargic,not eating/drinking properly. If symptoms match,purchase Corid(amprolium)dose for Corid 20% powder is 1/2 tsp per gallon of water,dose for Corid 9.6% liquid is 2 tsp per gallon of water. Treat ALL chicks for 5 days. Do not give vitamins during treatment(interferes with medication)give vitamins after treatment is complete. Cocci can kill very fast. Treating chicks for Cocci,will not harm them,but not treating(if they have cocci)may result in deaths. Coccidiosis is a parasitic infection of they intestinal tract,very common for chicks/older chickens to have an overload. Most chickens have some cocci in their sml intestines,only becomes a problem if they have an overload,then we medicate to bring it back under control. Cocci is spread by droppings,which get into feed/water via droppings. Cocci thrives in warm damp conditions,ideal brooder conditions. Chicks on medicated starter feed,can have Coccidiosis.

Great thank you. TS is closed right now. Hopefully the chick will be ok until I can get there in the morning. In the mean time they are separated. The one chick is under the heater and won't come out, just standing there chirping. :-( thanks for all of your help.

Not sure if separating chick right now is a good idea. May cause more stress,which will be dangerous to chick. When chicks are ill,they will stay under heat,they need to be kept warm. If it is cocci,they probably all have it.

So should I put her back? She just pooed and it looked normal but some fomeyness?
