well here they are mixed with some Gold Star Hybrids at about 2 months

Then here is a drake at about 3 months closest to one of my full grown blue swedish drake and a blue swedish hen and gold star hybrid in the foreground.

They are all night shots which isn't really great for a black duck. I may be wrong but they seem like they are the biggest of my ducks. Before I got these Cayugas, my Blue Swedish crosses seemed the biggest. I am just starting to notice this, maybe because they're still growing haha. They used to be a meat breed so it makes sense. Well they still are, any duck can be really.

What Iis the duckie with the tuff on its head??? Same breed or no

No, the duck with a tuft is a cross between my crested blue swedish drake and indian runner hen. She's basically a splash blue swedish, but not purebred of course.

Actually the father is the blue swedish in that pic. I wonder why you can't buy splash blue swedish, I always see the black available for sale.

My aunt has black swedish and I had never heard of them till she bought hers! I had always thought that there were only regular blue swedish.
