Hi All!

I need help! I have my brooder set up in the garage. The garage has a lot of stuff in it and my baby chick escaped! They are 5 weeks and she flew out and I can't find her!!!! It's not hot in there because the weather is so nice. I'm not worried about her getting chilled but I am worried. My question is....will she fly back to the brooder or should I tear my garage a part and do a search?

I would look for her...she may be stuck somewhere. Good luck.

I make a big point to have a special food call. It really helps in times like this. Shake the food bag, place treats around. Make sure the garage stays shut, put some water and food out for her, and peraps a camera so you can see if she comes out. Listen for peeping and other noises. I hope you find her!

Can you give a description of your chick?I will keep a eye out for your chick. If she comes by my house I will tell her to go home.

DO A SEARCH!!!! I have heard so many horror stories about chicks/chickens getting stuck under things and suffocating. I narrowly rescued one of my birds from this fate.
