Heel sitting

I got a 3 week old Ancona duckling (I believe female) today and I noticed that she leans back and sits on her “heels” often. She can walk around fine and doesn’t seem bothered. Wasn’t sure how normal it was. She also prefers to stand straight up like a runner. Again not sure of the normality of it.

Any chance of a video? are you using any form of niacin? what feed are you feeding her?

I just got her yesterday. So I don’t know how much Niacin she’d been getting but I’m adding it to her food now as I give it to her. She’s on manna pro non medicated chick starter.
She stands, walks, runs and lays down normally from what I can tell.
She also likes to stand straight up frequently.
