If it's going to be 7'x4' raised off the ground, with a sloped roof, would 15" in front and 21" in the back be sufficient? thanks. (we have to slope it forward rather than backwards because of where it's going, the rain will need to fall forward.)

I just built one a similar size that I copied from someone on here. Mine is 2 ft in the front and 1 ft in the back. I'm actually really happy that I didn't go any bigger. I think your measurements should be fine.

Our pens are 10-14'' high.They don't need much headroom,just body room.
