I'm new to chickens. Kinda. As an adult anyways.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
I'm getting chicks tomorrow. A local farmer hatched them busy for me. I'm picking up 7
(3) What breeds do you have?
They are Easter Eggers
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
I'm hoping for friendly little dinosaurs.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Reading, video games, crafts
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
2 kids *5 and 3* in 2.5 acres in Indiana. I'm a home cleaner, and work for myself but i eventually would like to be a semi homesteaders.

I keep reading the forums for the last month while waiting for my chicks to hatch so it seems as good as time as any to join now
