Hello everyone...
It's been forever and a day since I have been on this site... OH HOW I MISSED IT...
I was a past member and very active on here, then about a year ago or so we had to go without our home internet..And really I lost almost all contact with the outside world.. It's so strange to actually be back on a real computer for a chance...
So over the weekend while we have internet here I came to this site... first i just snooped around and read a few posts, as there is no way to ever catch up on all that I have missed... When I went to log in though, must to my sadness it said none of my information was available. So I had to re register... So here I am starting all over;... and I forgot a space in my user name Muck and Ranch should be seperate...lol

So for a not so new NEW introduction....
We have a 50 acre little slice of heaven that we have named.... "Run-A-Muck Ranch"..
We have raised pretty much everything here... Chickens, geese, turkeys, ducks, guinneas, peacocks, emus, sheep, goats, llamas, horses, rabbits, beef cattle, dairy cattle, pot belly pigs, dogs, cats, turtles, fish of all sorts, hampsters, house birds... my goodness I know I am forgetting things too...lol

My farm hands consist of myself, my husband, and our 2 daughters ages 10 and 16.
We have been married for OH HOW LONG IS IT NOW...LOL (together 16 years, married 14)
Both of our girls are very active parts of this farm... from raising to butchering.... they have been out in the barn to witness the mirciles of birth as well as the sorrow of death. Yet they also know the concept of 'home grown food' . They have been involved in the animals that they raise to full extent... Raising from day old babies to having some of the animals living out their final days here...
My husband is more like a 'chore boy'

Bless his ever loving heart.... He is my pen and fence builder... you would think after 8 plus years of raising animals he would learn to build the pens and pastures BEFORE I bring home the animals... But oh no... He waits for the animals to be here before he starts,.. I think he personally enjoys that..

Well that's probably enough for now... Soon as I get this new site figured out I'm sure I will be back into the swing of posting again....
