My breeder friend felt badly that I had no birds and I got a bunch of his culls XD and 9 very nice hatching eggs from his quality breeders. 6 hatched out and I've got 50/50 pullet/cockerel Serama babies. I'll try to post some photos soon.
I also have a trio of puerto rican bantams, the hens aren't laying and I don't know if it's age or the weather... but they are very sweet and very loving pets.
Then the other culls I got include 3 pairs of serama, one I had to split up, rooster is on his own and the hen went into my OEGB pair's cage. I like rehoming whoever needs it so I'll probably be a terrible breeder if I had to cull (actually kill) any of mine. x.x
Thx. Im so new at this that I havent a flock yet. I am @ the R&D stage. I have several questions 1. What are the top 5 breeds non hybrid for meat birds. size taste and meat to feed thanks s in advance for ur wisdom of experience
