WELCOME!!! Your new coop is adorable and will do just fine! Chickens have feathers to keep them warm. As long as they have a dry place to go, they should be fine.

I do the same as standard hen. Dog houses and they only go in at night. No insulation, no heat lamps ( I do have a roost in each).

That will make a GREAT hen house!
