I have blue buff columbian, golden and lemon Pyle brahmas, planning on breeding them this year. They’re quiet, friendly, docile, good layers and make great broody mothers.

I have none but I'm interested in:
Orpington, Brahma, Plymouth rock, Rhode island red, Silkie and Ameraucana


(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chicken
Eggs/possibly meat and companionship

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I hunt, fish and demo derby and just generally love being outside!

(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
I am married and currently live in Fairbanks, Alaska.

(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
Well, I googled chicken forums haha! I joined to further my knowledge (or lack thereof) of everything chickens!

Would have to check Hatchery policy about overseas shipping. May have to purchase where you will live in that area with them.

2-3 weeks??? Wouldn't that affect the viability of the eggs?
