(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
I am new to chickens as of last february. I started working at tractor supply october 2016 and when chick days started i couldn’t help myself . my husband and i are avid animal lovers and anytime there was a sick baby we took it home. most we nursed back to health. Including a no eyed blind chicken Mowgli who lives in the house.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
After spring chick days was over last year we had 23 chickens and 3 ducks. most were handicapped or sick. Then fall chick days came and not only did we start getting specific breeds we ordered some online. ( you all know it’s an obsession) we are currently housing 56 chickens and 7 ducks.
(3) What breeds do you have?
Don’t know if i’ll remeber all of them but here’s a few. Polish, Frizzle, Americana, Leghorn, California White, Ranibow, Cochin, Brahma, Silky, Buff orpington, Black sex link, Wyandotte, Rhode island red, Speckled Sussex, Australop, asian blue, new hampshire, maran, sea bright , mill fleur, old english, amber sex link.... that’s everyone i can remeber right now

(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
landscaping, gardening almost anything that involves being outside

it’s me and my hubby loving our 8 cats 2 dogs 55 chickens and 7 ducks ... i’m still trying to talk him into pigmy goats
