So I figure best way to get started on here is with an introduction post.
(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
My family is new to chickens and have only had them roughly a year now.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
We have about 200 chickens now and it's just the beginning lol
(3) What breeds do you have?
Barred rock, rir, lavender orpingtins ,buff orpingtins, Cochins, some barn yard mix, couple guinea hens, few game birds and a few ayam cemani babies
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
My wife, son and I moved to South Carolina a year ago to have some country living, start a farm, live off the land and get away from the city life we had in new Jersey. Now being able to own chickens legally(can't have any chickens where we lived) it showed us how much fun it could be and how much personality they have.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
Building cars/trucks,spendingtime with my family and doing whatever my son wants to get into
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
My wife and I are in our mid 30s and have lived all our lives in NJ, she was from the suburbs and I was from the city. We have a 3 year old son about to turn 4 and wanted him to have a better life in the country settings so we moved to South Carolina a year ago. We have 2 pitbulls that are our pets and are our family as well. I was a automotive mechanic for years and still enjoy building cars and trucks but now build campers from ground up for a living. My wife is in the hair industry and also has a passion for cars. Our son is wild and I wouldn't have it any other way.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
My wife did a bunch of research about chicken care and when we finally made the move to SC and she was ready to get chickens it was my turn to do research. I was looking up diy stuff like coops, tractors, feeders and etc since I am a hands on person and found all kinds of useful information on here on every aspect of chickens so I figured why not join and maybe give some of my knowledge and learn more at the same time.

Cool. If everyone is getting along, that is great. Sometimes larger, more aggressive breeds will pick on Polish, frizzles and silkies, so you have to keep an eye on them.
We have multiple chicken tractors and only 1 large pen that has mix breeds and 1 pen area that holds our goats that some yard birds like to hang out in
