Crushed oyster shells in their food will help a lot. They are defiantly lacking calcium.

you could also mix some oyster shells with can cat food and just give it to her. Sometimes hens don't eat enough of the oyster shells. Goats milk is a great idea, other then chickens don't lay two eggs a day. It takes 23 hours for them to produce one egg. Occasionally one egg is delayed on laying so you can get two in one day but it is stll considered rare. If there was hens out there that layed 2 eggs a day, they would of already massively produced them!
