Hi there, I have a question. I just bought this little guy and was wondering if anyone could tell me the sex? Also, the second pic, do you think that it's a OEGB? Thanks in advance!

1st one girl. 2nd one golden sebright. I don't know on the gender. Could you post q picture of the face?

Had to share a few pictures of my first time mom with her three little fuzz balls. I think the whitest chick will be a splash. Does anyone have a guess on what color the striped chicks will be? This hen is probably not their biological mother, and the rooster is a blue wheaten.

She's a Quail OEGB

Edit: if I remember my color genetics right Black to Quail will give you Brassy Back, but I might be misremembering. (Anticipating next question)

Thanks that was my next question! What does a brassy back look like?

Difference between brassy back and quail on pullets and hens is on both the shaft of the feather is that buff gold, and on the quail each feather is also laced with that color. On the cocks and cockerels, brassy back has black breast and wing bay vs the quail which is buff gold in those areas. The Standard has more details but that's a quick overview.

He's got some issues when compared to the Standard. Please understand I'm not trying to be rude or mean, but I wouldn't breed from him. His back looks very long, the break between tail and back is very abrupt. You'd also want to see more feather width in the tail. He does look like he has a nice solid body which for a while was missing in many OEGB. It looks like he has hard tight feathering which I also like to see.
