Looks like a pullet to me.

x2, by 11 weeks the rosters normally show more comb, and its usually bright red.

all of mine normally start crowing by 2.5-3mo! got 25 from ideal and all the lil buggers all started goin the same week! it was too funny! and annoying!

I have several Brown Red and Birchen Hens that crow, don't get rid of her for crowing, those are usually some nice gamey hens.
