Hello! Any ideas on breed for these three?

I have three chickens that I’m not quite sure about breed. They’re all 7 weeks old now.
The first one,

she’s been getting more white spots as she gets older, her feat are also super fluffy when not wet (bantam)

The second one,

I think he’s a tiny rooster but, he was the one that wasn’t catching up at all. He is still the smallest and his feathers look kind of wild. They’re just starting to fill in. He also has feathered feet and he’s getting the same sort of spots. (Bantam)

Last one,

She has been getting a bunch of brown around her head, she started off all black. She has dark skin, and her black feathers are iridescent.
