Hello!! Brand new chicken mama!!

Hello! Well I guess I’m not actually a chicken mama yet since I’m not getting my chicks now until July (the farm I’m getting them from had delays in hatching) I’ve never had chickens before but we just got a new home with 4 acres and a barn so chickens were first on the list!

I live in New Brunswick, Canada and the plan right now is 8 barred rock chicks in July and 2 ameraucana pullets in the fall
