Bats are an interesting problem to have! At least you sold them. I used to work for a couple and they had bats and they drove the wife crazy but the husband was pretty deaf, so they didn't bother him!

Only way I know to get rid of them is to find where they are coming in then block them off when they are out hunting at night.
