Been using info from site for couple years now. I am not very computer savvy so i waited till last night to sign in. Tried using tutorials to fix email address. Also want to change avatar. Not having any luck with either problem. I am using an iPad to view and post. Does that automatically change the edit profile page? Please help this dumb farmer out.

My iPad is in mobile mode and my profile page doesn't look anything like the tutorial or the site you suggested. Like I mentioned before I am almost useless when it comes to computers so it probably user error. Thank you for helping me I appreciate it greatly. I might have to have my dear wife hold my hand through this as usual with all tech related issues I am better suited to construction, hunting, farming, and all other outdoor activities!

Hello and welcome from Ohio....so glad you joined BYC. On my mobile - all the way at the bottom of the page there is 2 tabs to either switch to mobile view or desktop view. I do much better using the desktop view for some reason. Best of luck to you with these dumb electronics

Thank you so much. I was able to fix my profile problems in desktop mode thanks to your help. Wish I had joined long time ago, so many intelligent and generous people in this community. I find the most useful info here! Thank you all for being so kind
