Just joined and wanted to say hello. We bought 6 day olds a couple of weeks ago. Had plans to make a coup but we got an unexpected 16 inches of snow. But all is well they are living in our basement with a nice warm lamp for the next few weeks anyway. Also i'm from new york and our chickens are red pullets.

yeah it's been 50 all week so far and the grass is starting to show again. so i should be out there by next week. Being new to this is so exciting. And thanks for the welcome.
