Hello everyone! I'm new to this site and new to owning silkies!

I have been looking into Silkies for a while. I finally found out that we can have them on our property- so yesterday I ordered 6... 2 blue, 1 black, 1 white, 1 splash, 1 red. If anyone has
any tips I would appreciate it~ We are sooo excited to welcome these cuties into our family. I have 2 great danes, a rat/terrier, and a cat. I've heard I can work with the rat terrier and my cat, I'm not too worried about the danes.

Many people have other pets with their chickens, and they can coexist peacefully, but it's best just to make sure first anyway, and keep them separated.
Congrats on your new chickens!! I hope you have a ton of fun with them, and don't hesitate to ask any questions you might have. See you round.
