It appears you might be using a red heat lamp. Be very careful because those gets extremely hot especially in small spaces like a cardboard box. You don't want to overheat them.
Overheating cause poopy butts and kill easier than you think.
A thermometer under the light shouldn't be more than 90F. 85F is plenty hot enough.
