I am new to chicken rearing. When I was young my Grandmother had chickens and I loved feeding them an picking up the eggs. Now I have a 6 year old that would love to do the same.
I found out about BackYardChickens.com from https://www.artofmanliness.com/2013/03/26/how-to-raise-backyard-chickens/
Some of my other hobbies are walking my husky, cooking, reading, and going to work. Yes my work is a hobby because I am currently going to school and the job is just enough to support me. We just moved to Kentucky from California so we are starting from scratch as they say.
