Yes, it was quite the surprise when chicks made it home. I guess I’m kind of a house first, chicks second kind of guy, lol! Glad we got them and I know this will be a whole lotta fun for the family.

I’ll get a new thread going in a couple weeks when they get a little bigger.

Sagenovese, I think you nailed the breeds! Looked them all up and I believe you are correct on all of them. Thanks again!

Let them out for a bit yesterday, they went straight for the chard!

Thinking I do see one possible roo in your young beautiful flock.
That second pic, the one head on with the buff chick with the larger comb...
Hmmm, just a little suspicious. See if comb goes red and if wattles pop red. If not, then perhaps it is just a gal with a fancy hat.
