Hi - I'm new to this site - although I have been using all the great advice from you all for ages. I live in the UK and have a duck flock - we inherited the ducks and the pond when we bought this house and I have a steep learning curve! I have muscovies, mallards, call ducks and the odd misfit rescued from the local gamekeeper! Keen to get involved so will be posting lots of questions! I hand hatch most summers and am a soft touch when it comes to ducks - so go to pretty much any lengths to help them out!

Welcome to BYC! Ducks are so entertaining. I had a pet duck when was a small child, then later when I had a pond I had a flock of domesticated mallards and one lame muscovie. I don't have a pond anymore so I have chickens. They're fun too, but ducks are born comedians. Best of luck with your flock.
