Hello everyone.

I’ve been around chickens for years but I don’t currently own any. We are looking to start a flock of 30 in the spring. My wife and I are trying to be as self sufficient as possible. We bought a house that used to be a farm in the 40’s and are in the process of turning it back into a farm. I have been growing and working with plants for most of my life. I’m new to the whole computer/ forum thing but I have read some of the threads on here and I’m appreciative of the knowledge being shared. Thank you all in advance for your insights and wisdom.
