This doesn't exist. Unless it's a stuffed toy chicken.

The best thing you can do to minimize noise is to give them a huge amount of space and lots of things to do in the space. Bored, overcrowded birds are a nightmare.

Every day here between around 7 to noon it's loud because the eggs are coming. After that it's not bad at all. Even with 2 roosters crowing intermittently throughout the day.
