We are new to the forum. We have five Black Copper Marans chicks who will be 2 weeks old in 4 days. We love them and they're already part of the family! They are our first chickens, which we intend to keep for eggs (plus one rooster for a pet, since they're so stunning!). This forum has been extremely helpful with pasting issues and everything else! Trying to be patient and not post pics to see if any expert Marans owners can sex them...I'll wait!
