Hi All,
My name is Tami, I am new her and very excited to start learning more and chirp it up with fellow hobbiests. I had posted a ad on Craigs list and it grabbed the attention of one of your members,I am flattered ...Thank You allfor the positive feedback. I was just trying to line up some buyers for my eggs to offset the price of feed,and also share the wealth/health! ,we are hopeing to average 15 eggs per. Day (we have 22 hens) 13 of whom are just begining to lay. We havefive jersey giants, three white leghorns,two bufforphingtons,two rd isl reds,four amrucanas,and three siler laced wyndottes....sorry for any misspellings, and the rest of my girls were given to me by a friend, are all mixed up,they are just starting to lay as well.we are so excited and are planning to add more heritage breed chickens to our flock,and will also be dedicating a new pasture to the newbies, right now we are working on a pasture (altenate pasture)adjacent to our main pasture to keep things green and fresh all summer!
