hello everyone!

hey folks! i've lurked for awhile and couldnt resist joining now so here i am, i'm reltively new to chicken keeping but i had 2 wonderful chickens a barred rock and RIR, i lost both over the winter when a owl found a hole in the roof of the pen after a big snowfall. starting fresh this year with two basque chicks,
anyone else from ontario?
